2009 BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

2009 Board Meeting dates are March 25, May 27, July 22, Sept 23, and Nov 25 (tentative) at 8:00 AM at the Post Oak Road Facility at 2259 W. Post Oak Rd.

Meetings are normally held on the 4th Wednesday of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.

Shareholders are welcome to attend. Space is limited.

The Annual Shareowner meetings are held in July each year.

Provide a safe, reliable and continuous water supply
at a reasonable cost

We are a non-profit water utility corporation founded in July, 1989, regulated by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Our service area includes the subdivisions of Royal Oaks, Granite Oaks and Granite Oaks Estates.

All homeowners within these subdivisions are shareholders of the corporation. The corporation elects a board of directors currently consisting of seven members. Each member is elected for a three-year term. Terms are staggered so that only two or three members are elected each year.

The Association maintains an office in Chino Valley, open during business hours, located at 246 N. Hwy 89, suite A. The telephone number is 928-583-0655.
