2012 Board Meeting Schedule

2012 Board Meeting dates are January 25, March 28, May 23, July 25, September 26, November 26 (tentative).

All are the 4th Wednesday of the month on the odd months of the year, except for the November 26 meeting, which will be held on the 4th Monday in November.

Shareholders are welcome to attend. Space is limited.

The Annual Shareowner meetings are held in July each year.

The annual shareowner meeting was held on Saturday, July 30th, 9:00am at 2560 W. Mesa Oak Ct.

This year, Civiltech Engineering conducted an audio/visual presentation called "Macro Rainwater Harvesting/Evaporation Interception."

The presentation discussed three aspects of a study to harvest, transport captured rainwater and recharge the aquifer as a means of reaching a sustainable water supply in the Prescott area.
